Mile wu then tempo run. The range was 6:03 to 6:50 but I was shooting for around 6:35. First mile was 6:35 which was perfect. Second mile didn't go as well. I panicked fell off of the pack and ended up with a 6:44 and then last .5 I was just trying to finish. Not what I wanted, not super great but that just means plenty of room for improvement. Did Abs and hips with some quality people then push-ups at home.
